About the artist

It is with modesty that the artist expresses himself and it is through his work that he best expresses himself.
Artistic expression is his preferred means of communication and art is the language that binds him to others to open the exchange, the sharing of a moment of truth, of an emotion.
Fascinated by the beauty and richness of the human bond, Jean Uroz seeks to restore its full dimension in his work, paying homage to it in particular through works that he wants to be aesthetically appealing and visually harmonious. This resolute, intentional and primordial quest for beauty is the common thread of all his creation, both in his paintings and in his sculptures.

Jean has been working since 2017 on a pharaonic project to revisit the Sistine Chapel
and Michelangelo's work. Also strongly inspired by the book of Genesis.

The courses are aimed at anyone wishing to improve their technique or be guided for projects. The junior courses are intended for children from 10 years old. The adult courses are aimed at students, adults and seniors.

In dry techniques : dry pastel, soft pastel, graphite pencils, charcoal, etc.
In fluid techniques : acrylics, felt-tip pens, watercolor pencils, etc.
In manual expression : paper sculpture and clay, collage, linocut, etc.

Access by bus: line 1 - Hauterive Plage - Laténium stop
Parking: visitor spaces available in front of the main entrance.
The entrance giving access to Studio Z is located on the right side of the building (southwest side) - DOOR 4.
Please ring the STUDIO Z doorbell.
